A multiple-award GWAC for ITC/AV solutions.
NASA SEWP VI is a multiple-award Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) through which federal agencies and authorized contractors buy information technology, communications, and audio-visual (ITC/AV) products, solutions, and services. Orders are competed among contract holders under the Fair Opportunity procedures of FAR 16.505(b).

Enterprise-Wide Strategic Solutions: managed and shared IT services, IT service management, and cybersecurity support.

Alagant Tech LLC is currently in-progress on ISO certification and CMMI appraisal. As such, Alagant is still pending the formal issuance of an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system and its CMMI for Development Level 3 appraisal. This SEWP VI webpage will be updated when these are formally issued to Alagant.

Fair Opportunity
A multiple-award contract.
SEWP VI is a multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and its orders are subject to the Fair Opportunity requirements of FAR 16.505(b). The ordering agency documents its contract holder selection and price-reasonableness rationale under its own procedures. Alagant does not solicit or accept orders that circumvent Fair Opportunity procedures.

How to get a quote from Alagant Tech LLC.
Government customers can request a NASA SEWP VI quote from Alagant in either of two ways:
- Contact Alagant's SEWP VI sales team directly using the contact details below.
- Submit an RFQ, RFI, or Market Research Request through NASA's SEWP Quote Request Tool and select Alagant Tech LLC among the contract holders for Fair Opportunity consideration.
Please include: your agency or organization and point of contact, technical specifications or a bill of materials, quantities and delivery location, required delivery date, and any installation, warranty, software, security, or support requirements.
- Quote validity: every Alagant quote states its validity period; qualifying orders submitted within that period are honored at the quoted price, subject to contract terms.
- Contract availability: Alagant quotes only items currently available under Alagant's SEWP VI contract and the current database of record.
- No-bid: if Alagant cannot fully respond to an RFQ, it submits a no-bid unless the RFQ expressly permits partial quotes.
- Privacy: Alagant uses the business information in a quote request only to evaluate and prepare its response.

Alagant Tech LLC honors standard original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty terms on products sold under the contract, and extended warranty coverage may be available for purchase during the standard commercial warranty period. Product and software maintenance follows SEWP VI contract terms and the applicable OEM's maintenance policies.
